CarbonAttack Front Fuel Tank/Ignition Switch Cover in Carbon Fiber, Matte Finish - LO505902727-M

This matte twill carbon fiber is flat finish (not glossy).

These panel is as well made as any aftermarket fairing we've encountered in our more than 20 years, however, carbon fiber is just not as pliable as plastic, nor are the molds as accurate, so while CarbonAttack of Germany did exemplary work building these parts, you should be prepared to use a small file, unibit, or acryllic drill bit at some locations to get an easy on-off fit. 

*The thing about carbon fiber is, it's made from molds, these molds are made from original OEM parts, so the carbon part comes out dimensionally as close as possible to the shape, thickness, and contour of the original part. But there's a catch. Carbon fiber cures over time, and mold accuracy degrades after multiple uses. This results in carbon fiber that never, ever, ever (despite what the internet tells you) fits 100% the same as the stock plastic part. You should be prepared to use a small file, unibit, or acryllic drill bit at some locations to get this part to fit perfectly. 

You re-use all stock fittings, clips, and hardware. 

This is 100% carbon fiber. Not carbon over fiberglass construction.

Carbon is treated with a thick UV transparent layer to slow the fading process caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
