This bodywork was rated to have exceptional fit- the highest durability and was #1 in surface finish and flexibility.
Armour Bodies is top quality bodywork that is made with unique resin derived from the Kayak racing industry- giving it the ability to withstand the rigors of the racetrack. We use only large sheets of fiberglass with minimal use of mill fiber - giving the part the best possible structural integrity. Each part is then hand sanded- individually fit together and finished in a high quality primer that is ready for paint after a light scuff. This bodywork will save you time and money every step of the way. The labor we put into the finish can save over $100 in prep time over other brands- as your painter will only have to give the bodywork a scuff before painting. The toughness of our large sheet fiberglass design together with our unique resin can help keep you on track after a fall - many riders are done for the day after cheap bodywork is left in shambles on the side of the track. Finally- our resin is fully compatible with commonly available fiberglass repair kits- giving your repairs much more strength and reducing the likelihood for the delamination common in repairs of other premium bodywork brands.
*Please note: This bodywork kit was designed for steering clearance only when Woodcraft Aprilia RS660 top triple clamp and 1 inch riser kit are also installed. If you plan to run the stock Aprilia clip-on bars, you will need to trim away portions of the inner front fairing to preserve full steering stroke.
**Please note: There is a superbike seat pan that eliminates the stock saddle. We generally do not advise purchasing this kit becuase the "superbike" fiberglass seat pan is not only less comfortable (and barely any lighter) but it also makes the bike less serviceable, espeically regarding battery access.

Shipping + Returns
In general, RS660.com ships via FedEx for most domestic packages 2 lbs and less. For packages over 2 lbs and/or over $100 in value we ship UPS and FedEx Ground. International packages are primarily shipped via UPS and FedEx International. Batteries, oil, chemicals, and aerosols must ship by ground service and cannot be shipped Internationally.
ALL returns must be in new, uninstalled, sellable, condition in the original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted for refund or exchange and will be returned to sender. ALL returns are pre-paid by the customer, unless an error is made on our part. ALL returned items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. No returns can be processed after 45 days of purchase. Returns within 45 days of purchase require a return authorization number. ALL Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@af1racing.com for a RA number.
