At long last, another bespoke designed 660 gas cap, and from one of the top names in the motorcycle accessories games no less!
The RS660 fuel tanks have a deeper gas cap pocket than other models using this gas cap pattern, so it's not as simple as buying a part that was designed for the Aprilia Mille, or Shiver and calling it a day because gas caps designed for those bikes will sit some 5 to 6mm (3/16th to 1/4 inch) too low in the fuel cap recess, causing all sorts of other problems down the line, not to mention looking not quite right.
Thankfully, this Graves designed gas cap was built from the ground up to fit the RS660 so this will fit correctly and look great with no hassle of spacers or other cocktail of fasteners & standoffs.
Made from 6061 billet and with a simplified single gasket design and spin on gas cap, this part is going to be at the top of most club racers and track riders lists.
Graves also offers a tool to help remove this gas cap if you know you are the sort who tends to over-tighten fasteners and would rather not mar the cap with marks from pliers.
*Graves offers no installation instructions with this product, but this 1 minute youtube video gives a good brief on how assembly is done.
**Graves requires you to re-use the stock 1B013288 Gas Cap Gasket when installing this part.

In general, RS660.com ships via FedEx for most domestic packages 2 lbs and less. For packages over 2 lbs and/or over $100 in value we ship UPS and FedEx Ground. International packages are primarily shipped via UPS and FedEx International. Batteries, oil, chemicals, and aerosols must ship by ground service and cannot be shipped Internationally.
ALL returns must be in new, uninstalled, sellable, condition in the original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted for refund or exchange and will be returned to sender.
